Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

FlightLog UAS is a product of CMX UAS Solutions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and handled when you visit flightlog-uas.com or our Azure-hosted staging website, contact us, or join the FlightLog UAS launch list.

Scope

This policy applies to the FlightLog UAS public website and related pre-launch communications. The FlightLog UAS software application and service may require separate or additional privacy disclosures before public release.

Information You Provide

The launch list collects your email address to send development and launch updates and early-access information. Resend maintains your subscription and unsubscribe state. We do not ask for your name, organization, or other profile information for the launch list. New subscriptions trigger a confirmation email and an internal signup notification. The website contact form is not yet connected for delivery; its fields are used for local validation and are not submitted to us. You can email info@flightlog-uas.com instead. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include.

Information Collected Automatically

Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps hosts this site, and its managed Functions process launch-list requests. Hosting and email services may process ordinary operational information, such as IP addresses, request times, delivery status, and errors, to deliver and protect these services. These operational activities are separate from optional analytics. Our signup code does not intentionally log email addresses or request bodies.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • provide requested development and launch updates;
  • respond to inquiries;
  • operate, protect, and improve the website;
  • understand general website usage and performance; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service Providers

Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps hosts this website and processes launch-list requests. Resend stores launch-list email addresses and subscription preferences and delivers our emails. New signups may also be sent to our internal company inbox for administration. These providers process information as necessary to provide their services to us.

Optional Analytics and Session Recordings

Only after you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google) to measure visits and page use, and Microsoft Clarity to understand interactions through session recordings and heatmaps. These services can process browser/device information, page activity, timestamps, online identifiers, and connection information. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and a representation of page content; it is not a camera or microphone recording.

We mask the launch and contact forms for Clarity. Our analytics integration does not intentionally send names, email addresses, form contents, or custom user identifiers to these providers. Our GA4 page-view events use fixed public page names and omit query strings and fragments. Do not include sensitive personal information in website URLs.

Advertising consent remains denied in our integration, including after you accept analytics. We use analytics to evaluate and improve this website. Provider processing is also described in Google’s Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cookies, Browser Storage, and Consent

We use first-party local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics for 180 days. This preference contains a version, your choice, and an expiration time; it contains no personal contact information or unique visitor identifier. After expiry, we ask again. The preference is specific to this browser and website origin; staging and the public domain have separate choices.

Before you make a choice, and after you reject, neither analytics provider is loaded by this site. Accept enables the configured providers and their analytics cookies or similar storage. You may change your choice at any time through Privacy settings in the footer. Selecting Reject there withdraws consent, disables future tracking, attempts to remove accessible first-party analytics cookies, and reloads the page. Unsent form entries may be lost. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by providers, recall requests already in progress, or remove cookies on other domains.

If browser storage is unavailable, we do not enable analytics on a new visit. You can also clear site data or use your browser’s cookie controls. Choosing analytics is separate from subscribing to Launch Updates; rejecting analytics does not prevent signup. With JavaScript disabled, optional analytics does not load.

Data Retention

We retain launch-list information while needed for requested communications and administration. An unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained to respect your opt-out. Confirmation emails, internal notifications, correspondence, operational logs, and provider-held analytics may have different retention periods under the relevant service settings and legal or operational needs. Unsubscribing does not automatically erase all copies. Contact us to request deletion or ask about retention; we will assess the request and any applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed provider deletion period that has not been verified.

Your Choices

Use the unsubscribe mechanism in launch communications, or reply to your confirmation email or email info@flightlog-uas.com to leave the list. We respect provider-managed unsubscribe preferences. For requests to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or other privacy questions, email us. Rights and applicable exceptions may depend on where you live. Analytics consent can be changed independently through Privacy settings.

Children

The FlightLog UAS website is not directed to children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website and FlightLog UAS services develop. The date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.
